We’re looking for a No-Code & Automations Developer to help us build cool stuff fast at AiApply. You’ll be working with tools like Retool and n8n to create internal dashboards, automate boring tasks, and connect all the things. If you love hacking together smart workflows, making things more efficient, and building tools that actually get used — we want you on our team.

• You’ve worked with no-code tools like Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar
• You know your way around APIs — sending/receiving data, auth, webhooks, the usual stuff
• You’re comfortable figuring things out on your own and Googling your way through weird edge cases
• You can take a messy internal process and turn it into a clean, automated flow
• You’re not scared of a bit of code (basic JavaScript, SQL, or Python helps, but not required)
• You care more about shipping something useful than making it perfect
• You’re happy working async and keeping things moving without hand-holding
