• manage day-to-day communication with existing clients
• coordinate client requests and tickets, including technical and integration-related tickets

• run meetings with existing clients based on requirements (no cold sales)
• maintain clear visibility over project status, risks, and reporting

• experience in project management or customer success (minimum 2–3 years)
• excellent communication and organizational skills
• ability to lead both client-facing discussions and internal teams
• experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
