Job Description:
As a Machine Learning Engineer at CulturePulse, you will develop and deploy machine learning models to analyze extensive text datasets, manage our data infrastructure, and ensure that your technical solutions integrate seamlessly with our existing systems. You will collaborate closely with our backend and frontend engineers, as well as our product manager.Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain ML models with a focus on natural language processing (NLP).
• Oversee the data infrastructure to ensure efficient data handling, including storage and retrieval using MongoDB.
• Continuously research and apply the latest in machine learning and NLP to improve our analysis.
• Create ad hoc reports and case studies to support decision making and product development.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to tackle complex challenges and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, particularly NLP.
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience in managing and optimizing databases, especially MongoDB.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing machine learning models.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of clearly presenting data insights.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level minimum).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Some familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS.
