As both groups of our customers are valuable to us, we need Customer Care Hero to look after them.

At this role we expect a professional level of communication, clear head and endurance. After CloseRocket opens new markets and the number of customers will grow, this person should be also able to implement the next tools for this job as well as work on complex tasks with different departmentment.

Main responsibilities and tasks for this role:

You will be the main communication point for our clients
You know what our clients strive for and can translate it to database creation and support our sales team for the best possible outcome
Building knowledge base or library of customer care
Innovate and bring innovative tools is possible
Work with our admin portal
Work with our CRM
Cooperate with our team
Manage your task on your own
You know how to plan your work
Come up with the best possible way how to do customer service in Close Rocket together with the team
