• We know that businesses can strive on aesthetically pleasing design. We are looking for a colleague and leader who values design as a tool for contributing to a better world, while also considering the business needs and project constraints.
• As the design director at our company, you will collaborate with the team on various projects including branding, websites, apps, online campaigns, and social media communication.
• As a design director you will co-lead and manage a team of designers working with you at the office and sometimes remotely.
• You will participate in the design process from start to finish, which involves communication with the client and making sometimes difficult decisions.
• We're based in Bratislava and hybrid work is possible, however physical presence in the office is required during first months on the job.
• Work requires communication in Slovak and English.

• We seek an experienced designer with a proven track record in leading people and projects, capable of articulating a creative vision and completing projects thoroughly to produce outstanding work.
• More than your resume, we are interested in your attitude and the specifics of your work as a designer, and we are mostly interested in what you can bring to the table.
