Náplň práce

EAI, European Alliance for Innovation, the largest European professional society in Information sciences and engineering is searching for a Conference Operational Marketing Manager. In the conference organization EAI cooperates with its community and academic institutions around the world with focus on information sciences, engineering and their impact on society.

At EAI, the Conference Operational Marketing Manager is engaged to:

  • Manage, promote and execute academic conferences
  • Select venue locations based on analyzing costs and benefits
  • Act as the main point of contact for volunteer event committee activities & initiatives to ensure effective communication, high quality support services and content quality of the conference
  • Lead promotion and dissemination efforts of assigned and of new conferences
  • Support the growth of existing and new conferences, community development, build brand awareness in concert with EAI’s marketing department


  • Organizational and multitasking skills to support multiple parallel events;
  • Individual time and task management abilities with analytical thinking;
  • Ability to work in team
  • Practical experience using MS Office suite products such as Word, Excel, Publisher and others;
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships;
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Capability to adapt to dynamic environments;
  • Excellent command of English - writing and oral skills.
