Specific responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning and execution of digital marketing communication activities to promote EAI conferences and publications, contribute to community building, and strengthen brand awareness and corporate relations;

• Assisting in the management of email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, audience segmentation, drafting and editing written content, and maintaining formatting and visual layout;

• Contributing to the evaluation of marketing communication efforts to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy, and assisting in reporting campaign results on a regular basis;

• Editing and uploading content to EAI websites, including proofreading, fact-checking, and layout and formatting maintenance using WordPress;

• Supporting social media management across EAI’s platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring performance metrics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level minimum required);

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field;

• Adobe Photoshop - Skillful, WordPress - Expert, Canva - Advanced;

• Candidates are requested to attach a URL to a relevant portfolio or examples of previous work as part of their application;

• Keen eye for detail and good analytical skills;

• Eagerness to learn and ability to work hands-on, with a proactive and autonomous approach;

• Basic experience or familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar digital marketing and content management platforms; a quick learning attitude is equally welcome;

Working knowledge of graphic design and/or video editing is a plus;

• Experience working in a community-centric NGO and a basic understanding of the academic research environment are considered a significant advantage.
