Job Description

We're looking for a talented (Medior) PPC Specialist to join our growing performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, Seznam Sklik, and affiliate partners. You will work closely with our marketing team to drive traffic to our website and increase conversions, ultimately helping to grow our business. An ideal candidate can independently create any type of campaign on Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and optimize its performance based on analyzing customer behavior and journey.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to achieve sales and awareness KPIs
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and drive conversions
• Be responsible for product feed performance and optimization of the feeds for different marketing platforms
• Management of budgets and their effective distribution between campaigns and channels
• Manage cooperation with affiliate partners to achieve our business goals
• Manage reporting on channel and campaign level
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in (digital) marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta ads (ROI Hunter),
• Experience with Bing, Seznam Sklik is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• A passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet skills
• English: B2

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
• Familiarity with feed optimization
• Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail businesses
• Familiarity with ROI optimization strategies
