We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cold Mailing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in setting up and managing our cold email campaigns, ensuring optimal email deliverability, and managing the technical aspects of our email platforms.

• Establish and manage new domains, including setting up key DNS records such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Create and manage email accounts, primarily in Microsoft Outlook 365 and Google Workspace.
• Administer Microsoft Outlook 365 and Google Workspace admin interfaces.
• Configure and maintain cold mail platforms.
• Database management related to email campaigns.
• Understand and apply cold mailing best practices.
• Manage CRM tools effectively.
• Address email deliverability issues, including domain and email warming, and resolution of delivery problems with software like Sendgrid, Gsuite, Outlook, etc.
• Implement and manage mass emailing through outreach software like Snov, Instantly, Apollo, etc.
• Set up and manage email signatures and assist in email migrations and tech support.
• Conduct IP blacklist checks to maintain domain reputation.
