Office & Operations (60%)

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and day-to-day logistics.
• Support leadership and team operations.
• Handle admin tasks, contracts, and client order processing.
• Manage mail, deliveries, and occasional office visits.
• Learn directly from Adela during your onboarding.

People & HR Support (20%)

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Help coordinate team workload and teambuilding activities.
• Support staff appraisals and development.

ERP & Financials (20%)

• Work with our CGO on financial reporting, HR, and recruiting setup in Odoo ERP.
• Track budgets, process invoices, and manage expenses

Who you are

• 3rd or 4th-year university student with drive and curiosity.
• Preferably studying economics, business, management or a related field (including MBA).
• Open to full-time growth after graduation.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
• Fluent in Slovak and English (B2+).
