Your role will be to create engaging and viral content for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube. You'll be building brand presence and driving real results through social media.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and executing our social media strategy
• Posting regularly across all major platforms
• Taking the lead on your own ideas – we offer a generous content budget
• Co-creating campaigns, trading competitions, and in-person events
• Working closely with our community team, videographers, editors, and designers
• Tracking performance (KPIs), analyzing competitors, and proposing data-driven improvements
• Monitoring trends and suggesting ideas that fuel growth
• Collaborating with influencers and evaluating their impact

One of our most successful campaigns to date was the Trading Tournament in Dubai, which hit over 150,000 views.

We’re looking for an experienced social media specialist who understands content, the platform context it lives in, and how to connect brand, team, and data into a clear, effective strategy.

You should have:

• Experience leading social media efforts – both strategic and hands-on
• Strategic thinking and a strong sense of brand
• The ability to analyze social performance and optimize (reach, engagement, CTR, community growth…)
• Project management skills and the ability to lead and give feedback to a content team
• Proactive mindset, reliability, and independence
• English fluency at B2 level or higher
