We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager who wants to be part of this momentum and contribute to building a stable yet rapidly growing business environment with numerous new opportunities.
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager based in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, or a neighbouring country. The ideal candidate should be able to connect business strategy with real solutions for cities and partners. If you have excellent presentation skills, fluent English, and a willingness to travel to conferences and trade shows (mostly within the EU), you might be the perfect fit for our team!
Your Responsibilities:
Business Development – Actively identifying and reaching out to new clients and partners in the smart city & mobility sector.
Relationship Building – Maintaining and growing long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
Presentations & Networking – Representing the company at conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events.
Strategy Development – Collaborating on creating and implementing business and marketing strategies.
Market Analysis – Monitoring industry trends and the competitive landscape in urban mobility.
Achieving Sales Goals – Being accountable for meeting sales KPIs and developing business opportunities.
Team Collaboration – Actively participating in strategic decision-making and supporting the optimization of business processes.
Experience – At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology sector.
Language Skills – Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Communication Skills – Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Flexibility – Willingness to travel (mostly mainly within the EU)
Education – A university degree in business, marketing, or a technical field is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge – Interest in technology and innovation in smart cities & urban mobility; IoT experience is a plus.
Results-Oriented Approach – Ability to work effectively with sales targets and KPIs.
Adaptability – Ability to adjust to rapidly changing situations and capitalize on new opportunities.
