Our Marketing department is looking for a part-time support / university student who can help them with daily business activities and administrative tasks. As an intern, you will work closely with our senior colleagues from Product – a team responsible for pricing of Kia products as well as with our PR – who takes care of press releases and business company events.
You will have the opportunity to gain additional experience, if you want to boost your career in future, either in area of Product – Pricing management, or in PR and Communication.
Please note this job opening is available for students only (temporary, student agreement).

Product:

• Assistance in product-price analysis of competition
• Checking the product database and its interface with the vehicle's web configurator
• Assistance in organizing product trainings
• Mystery shopping
• Ad-hoc product and price analysis and reporting
• Translations and adaptation of product materials
• Help with product database administration in SAP
• Creation of specification sheets for PR vehicles according to the assignment of the
  product manager

PR:

• Preparation of leases and acceptance protocols for weekly journalism
• Assistance with press park management and preparation of documents for travel
  books
• Media monitoring and folder creation
• Preparation of documents for localization / creation of press releases
• Reporting
• Co-participation in the preparation and implementation of corporate events
• Recalling guests at big events
