💼 What you'll own

This is not a coordinator role. You’ll own the digital growth engine across paid, organic, and experimental channels. Your main responsibilities:

Paid Acquisition & Funnel Optimization

• Collaborate with our external PPC agency - drive them, challenge them and make sure they meet our expectations and goals

• Drive landing page and copy experiments to improve conversion rates

• Collaborate with product marketing on messaging for ads, onboarding, and upsell

Reporting & Budget Management

• Own paid media budget and ensure efficient CAC across channels

• Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to track ROI and channel attribution

SEO

• Work with our SEO consultant and Content Manager on organic growth

• Help evolve our link-building strategy through smarter partnerships and free tools

• Contribute to technical SEO — schema, crawling strategy, performance optimizations

Campaigns & Experiments

• Help launch and test other growth channels (Reddit, Quora …)

• Partner with our content and product teams on AI-led campaigns

• Support promotion of new features, pricing, and onboarding flows

Website Growth Projects

• Support AI search optimization
• Coordinate translations and localization projects
• Proactively suggest and implement website growth improvements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth (ideally SaaS)

• Is hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, GA4, Looker, Ahrefs, and similar tools

• Understands attribution models, UTMs, conversion tracking, and CRO fundamentals

• Speaks the language of traffic, CAC, funnels, and ROI

• Can manage campaigns but also contribute to strategic decisions

• Bonus: experience with technical SEO or AI-enabled content/ads
