What You'll Do:

Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the charge on our go-to-market strategies for new product launches. You'll be the maestro coordinating everything from product development to design, customer success, and marketing teams.

Positioning and Messaging: Work your magic to develop compelling product value propositions, positioning, and messaging. Ensure these are consistently implemented across all channels.

Campaign Management: Design and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns that boost product awareness, engagement, and adoption. You'll track and analyze campaign performance, tweaking as needed for optimal results.

Trial Activation & Conversion: Own our trial activation data and craft strategies to convert trial users into loyal customers. Implement targeted campaigns that engage trial users and showcase our product's value.

Customer Success Enablement: Partner with our Customer Success team to create and implement sales collateral—think presentations, articles, email campaigns, and landing pages.

Onboarding Activities: Ensure our new customers have a seamless introduction to Kontentino. Develop resources like user guides, tutorials, and training sessions to support their onboarding journey.

Market Research: Dive into market research by conducting surveys and interviewing users to gather valuable insights.

UX Messaging: Take charge of creating and maintaining UX messaging and writing guidelines. This includes naming features, drafting error messages, and creating user-oriented content like tooltips.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, customer success, design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of our marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management in the SaaS industry.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot, Marketo, UserPilot, Mailjet).

• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

• Capability to create comprehensive creative briefs and work seamlessly across teams.

• Aptitude for analyzing and reporting activities.
