We increase sales and conversion rates for almost 3000 online businesses including O2, Tatra banka, Dedoles, Nay, Muziker, Astratex and many other well-known names.

Náplň práce

What you will do

  • Cooperate actively with customers, deliver high adoption of our products by customers
  • Be a product expert to our customers, ensure that they are able to interpret data from our analytics dashboard
  • Support the customers and continuously improve the way they use Luigi’s Box application
  • Look for opportunities to make the use of our products (Search, Recommender) more efficient for customers through various features that we provide, but customers might not be aware of
  • Communicate clearly the benefits of our product
  • Provide product trainings to customers
  • Create supportive materials, instructional videos etc.
  • Standardize the automated method of customers´ needs assessment
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team in case of ambiguities in the data or when dealing with customers’ requirements

  • CSMs are here to make sure that our customers are getting the most out of our products. CSMs help our customers with onboarding, introducing them to our dashboards and control panels. CSMs then monitor and evaluate how our customers use our products, what works for them, and where they (and we) need to improve to achieve customers’ goals.
  • CSMs are our key component in retaining and increasing customer satisfaction, preventing churn and providing customer feedback to the product team.

Požiadavky

What we expect from you

  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, e.g. the metrics, segmentation & reporting possibilities it provides
  • Focus on data, data and analytical mindset
  • Basic skills in statistics, e.g. you know what percentile or outlier is
  • Excel/Google Sheets – advanced, e.g. pivots, lookups, sumif, etc.
  • Basics of SQL – highly appreciated advantage
  • Experience with preparation of reports for both, internal use and clients
  • 2+ years of experience with clients in SaaS, software, technical solutions
  • Skilled at building relationships and maintaining high level of client service
  • Ability to understanding the clients´ business requirements
  • Positive approach to client satisfaction, ability to engage customer
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
  • Slovak or Czech (C1-C2 level) – is a must
  • English, professional working proficiency (B2) – is a must
  • another European language is a great advantage

Meet your team

  • Luigi’s Box is a dynamic start-up, in a trending SaaS business, an international team of ~55 people with a deep experience in product search area and e‑commerce.
  • Together with Judy and Chris, our CSMs, you will be part of the product development team. The team is led by Michal, who is our CPO and one of the founders of the company.
