Job Opening: Application Support Specialist – ManageEngine Products

Are you passionate about technology, eager to help customers, and excited to work with industry-leading IT solutions? We’re looking for a tech-savvy Application Support Specialist to join our team and become a frontline hero for our clients using ManageEngine products.

Náplň práce

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual with strong technical aptitude and a proactive "can-do" attitude. You’ll work directly with customers, supporting them in their journey with ManageEngine applications, helping them resolve technical challenges, and continuously improving our support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support for a wide range of ManageEngine applications.
  • Build and maintain a Helpdesk Knowledge Base to empower users and team members.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and meet defined support KPIs.
  • Deliver clear and consistent reports to your line manager.
  • Collaborate with other members of the technical team to solve complex issues and improve service quality.

Požiadavky

Key Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a Support Specialist or similar technical role.

  • Experience or knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  • Network and application monitoring
  • Helpdesk configuration and administration
  • Endpoint management
  • Log management
  • Active Directory (AD) management and auditing
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical, analytical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical topics clearly to both customers and team members.
  • Native Czech or Slovak speaker, with fluent English; Polish is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with:
    - SQL – ability to construct basic queries for data retrieval and troubleshooting
    - PowerShell – basic scripting for network testing and automation
    - JavaScript – fundamentals for workflow customization and automation
  • Valid category B driving license (for occasional travel)
