We are looking for a team player responsible for all aspects of overseeing Resco’s website, ensuring it is up to date, engaging, and advancing the organization's mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have experience with website design (UX), technical development and troubleshooting, and an understanding of search engine optimization and analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Resco’s websites; updating/editing, including creating new pages (preferably WordPress Gutenberg or HubSpot).
• Identify ways to improve website UX, identifying and fulfilling opportunities for website improvement and performance metrics.
• Able to develop and debug responsive web pages using Tailwind CSS and HTML. Prefferably also JavaScript and PHP (no seniority needed). Manage web dev agency for advanced coding.
• Perform database operations and write efficient SQL queries as needed.
• Oversee and manage our design system within Figma (Design System Management). Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Monitor site analytics and develop monitoring dashboards for performance tracking (Google Analytics /Looker Studio, Heatmaps, A/B testing).
• Help to drive efficiency (CRO) and quality (Accessibility).
• Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues. Ensure website functionality and perform software updates.

Monitor for website security breaches and respond to them as needed.

• Evaluate competitors’ websites, follow industry best practices, and stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with WordPress and Gutenberg Editor
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and HTML, read or debug Javascript and PHP (not required)
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries to work with website data quickly.
• Experience managing a design system in Figma.
• Ability to create wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Language skill – English (B1)

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with JavaScript and modern web development practices.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
