How You Fit In:

You’re an experienced engineering leader who knows how to support and grow a team of skilled Engineers. You understand the nuances of leading individuals at different career stages, helping them navigate challenges and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.

You know your craft — you’ve been a senior developer yourself, so you understand the technical challenges your team faces. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty, whether it’s reviewing code, solving complex technical blockers or jumping in to support a project when needed.

You lead by example, setting a high bar for quality, ownership and collaboration. You’re hands-on when it counts. When challenges arise — whether technical, procedural or team-related — you step in to keep things on track. Your focus is on delivering exceptional digital products while building a motivated, engaged team.

You’re a strong communicator who collaborates closely with leadership, ensuring alignment with department and company goals. You know how to represent engineers’ interests, encourage a great team culture and contribute to STRV’s engineering vision.

At STRV Your Role Will Be To:

  • Be a part of the leadership team of the Frontend department alongside Lucas Constantino and Matej Polak — setting the tone for technical excellence, mentorship and collaboration while embodying a lead-by-example mindset.
  • Ensure the growth and development of engineers by providing regular feedback, conducting 1:1s and guiding them through their career progression.
  • Remove blockers — whether technical, procedural or team-related — to keep projects running smoothly and teams motivated.
  • Maintain a high-quality bar by ensuring best practices, hiring top talents, reviewing outputs and driving continuous technological growth within the department.
  • Allocate engineers to projects where they can make the biggest impact, guaranteeing the right fit based on skills and goals.
  • Support Sales and Product by contributing to pre-sales efforts, providing technical insights and helping estimate project scopes.
  • Be an active voice in the tech community — representing STRV at meetups, conferences and public events while fostering strong industry connections.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align department goals with the broader company vision, making strategic decisions that drive success.

  • Strong Technical Background: You were once a senior developer, so you’re comfortable making technical decisions and getting hands-on when needed.
