Are you passionate about fashion and style? Join a personal shopping and styling, closet organizing, and image consulting business as an Operations Assistant for a part-time job. In this position, you will work closely with the founder to ensure the smooth functioning of business operations. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a small, growing business and directly impact our success.

Purchase Orders and Client Invoices Recording and Handling:

  • Record orders and returns into an accounting software (Superfaktúra), ensuring all details are thoroughly documented.
  • Control order details and prices.
  • Generate and maintain invoices for client orders (Superfaktúra), controlling all linked purchase orders and services provided.

Handling of Received Items, Communication with Brands, Retailers, and Courier Services:

  • Receive parcels, inspect items for quality, and record inventory accordingly (Superfaktúra).
  • Process returns and exchanges, in-person and online.
  • Communicate with brands and retailers for item availability, claims, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with courier services for pickups, track shipments, and resolve issues.

Social Media, Blogs & Newsletters, Magazine Articles:

  • Create and schedule content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, WordPress).
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with followers.
  • Develop engaging content for newsletters to keep clients informed about new arrivals, promotions, and styling tips (MailChimp and Canva).
  • Write and publish blog posts on relevant topics in fashion (WordPress).
  • Coordinate newsletter distribution and monitor performance (develop a comprehensive SEO strategy).
  • Prepare outfit layouts for regular monthly articles in Madam Eva magazine.

Product Sourcing, Virtual Closets Updates:

  • Search requested products and identify items suitable for clients' wardrobes.
  • Assist the owner in curating collections and making purchasing decisions.
  • Follow Private Sales and Promos and search pieces for clients' closets.
  • Add purchased items to the client's Virtual Closets and create new outfits.
  • Search for new outfit ideas on Pinterest and update the client's boards.

Požiadavky

  • Completed Higher Secondary Education (maturita).
  • Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and Slovak is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva (or equivalents).
  • SEO/Google Ads experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic accounting principles (e.g., BillDu, Superfaktúra) is a plus.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
