Your mission will be to lead marketing activities in Romania, work closely with our creative team, and deliver our message to as many potential customers as possible.

Responsibilities

• Marketing strategy for RO: You'll design and lead the go-to-market marketing strategy for Romania across CRM, performance/paid media, and brand communications, in close collaboration with the marketing team (head of content, graphic designer, PPC specialist, CRM specialist, influencer marketer, external agencies).
• Localization of the e-shop and marketing materials: Together with a translation agency, you'll localize our e-shop, customer and marketing emails, and package inserts, and ensure that translations are not only grammatically correct but also aligned with our tone of voice.
• Brand and local content: You'll be responsible for building awareness of the Symprove brand among Romanian customers, including collaboration with local influencers, content creators, and media.
• Localization of a proven playbook: You'll adapt best practices from the SK/CZ/HU markets (Meta, Google Ads, email, influencer and content marketing) to the specifics of the Romanian customer.
• Market and competition: You'll continuously monitor trends, competitors, consumer behavior, and pricing in Romania and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Reporting and collaboration: You'll regularly report results and recommendations and collaborate on aligning the RO strategy with the rest of the region.

• Experience: At least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a D2C/e-commerce environment. Experience in health, wellness, or dietary supplements is an advantage.
• Languages: Romanian at native/C1 level and English at a professional level, as you'll be part of an international CEE team and report results to the British manufacturer.
• Knowledge of the Romanian market: You understand the Romanian consumer and language and know your way around the media landscape. Demonstrable long-term market experience is a major advantage.
• New market launch: Experience with launching a brand/product in a new market is a major advantage.
• Data-driven: You know the basics of working with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads, and understand how to turn data into decisions.
• Independence: You can lead a project without day-to-day supervision and prioritize results over process.
• Affinity for the topic: You have an affinity for health, wellness, and innovative dietary supplements.
