Trama is a VC-backed LegalTech startup reshaping brand protection globally by providing access to high-quality, affordable IP services. Our HQ is in Slovakia, and after filing 10,000 trademarks in 25+ countries, we are expanding our physical presence to the UK and US.

We aim to become the leading trademark registration provider globally and build the best trademark management suite for legal professionals in the long run. At the same time, trademarks we register create follow-ups due to opposition, co-existence agreement negotiations, and trademark infringement disputes. This is why we are building a senior IP team that will be able to handle cases against Fortune500 companies and their law firms.

Náplň práce

About the position

As a fast-growing legal-tech company, our goal is to make clients feel satisfied and offer them the best possible user experience.

We are looking for a very well-organized individual who will become a part of our customer support team and help us manage our customer's queries. You will guide customers through the trademark registration process and closely work with the legal team, contributing to our goal to provide the best customer experience. Previous experience in the legal field would be an advantage but is not a must. We will help you with the onboarding process, and you will get all the support you need from us.

Your responsibilities

👉 Help our customers understand the trademarking process and the importance of brand protection and thus will have an essential role in sales.
👉 Proactively communicate with potential customers, answer their calls and emails professionally and provide clients with great customer support.
👉 Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
👉 Be the partner of our legal team to provide comprehensive legal advice, from thorough trademark research, through strategy design to dispute resolution.

Požiadavky

You should have:

Customer-oriented with great communication skills and sales-oriented mindset
Good problem-solving skills, process-oriented mindset, and good task management
Ability and interest in resolving customers’ concerns and answering customers’ questions
Previous experience with customer service (nice to have, not a must)
Good English in speaking and writing (C1 level)
