As a Financial Analyst, you will be fractional / part-time CFO for Capila’s customers. Your main tasks will be:

• Creating budgets and forecasts for your dedicated customers
• Preparing business and financial planning , tracking company financial performance against a plan
• Regular reports preparation, oversee of financial processes of your dedicated customers
• Validating or discouraging business decision with financial well-being in mind
• Participation on regular board meetings, helping managament with strategic decisions by providing periodic reports

What are professional on demand services which you will working on?

• Company valuation - preparing company valuation and business case in a presentable way in front of the investors
• Business advisory - market research and trends, ability to give advice to customers
• Financial planning preparation and bookkeeping oversee

• 3+ years in consulting / audit / financial management
• University education in finance-related subject is a plus (economics, accounting, management)
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, knowledge of the market from financial perspective in tech.industry, problem-solving abilities, excellent time management
• english language at C1 or C2 level
  We are searching for experience financial analyst who will be trusted financial advisor for our customers. Mostly its rather small/medium startups, tech.companies, company providing professional services.

• You can choose to work from our office in Bratislava or Košice (The Spot by Vacuum Group) or remotely.
• We are open to a full time employement or a contractor type of work agreement
• We are providing +5 days vacation, sick days and very a generous food allowance policy
• We will provide you with enough space to learn, grow and an opportunity to become a senior CFO for our customers, later in your carrier path
