Hello, my name is Milos, I’m a digital designer. I design user interfaces for digital products and creative websites.

I’m able to solve complex problems through user-centered design, blending UX design, business strategy and technical feasibility.

I can build digital products from scratch (Web applications, Websites) or I can improve existing digital products by translating business and user needs into intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity designs, userflows and prototypes. I have experience working in cross-functional teams with Product Manager, Product Owner, Architects, Front-end developers, and other stakeholders.

I am a proficient user of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. I’m able to create and maintain consistent design system in Figma, and I also possess visual design skills in web design and graphic design, therefore I’m able to create also visuals as imagery, icons that are consistent with design system and brand guidelines. I also have working experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.

Scheidt & Bachmann, My role: UX/UI Designer

Last 2 years I worked as UX/UI Designer for company Scheidt & Bachmann. Scheidt&Bachmann is a leading provider of system solutions that make using public transport easy. The company combine innovative products and services with unique expertise in Fare collections systems and help make sustainable mobility accessible to everyone. These solutions ensure that public transport is easy to access and widely used by as many people as possible.

I partnered with company Scheidt&Bachmann to create intuitive, and reliable forward-looking fare collection Service portal that enables transport companies to operate successfully and run their business efficiently. Service portal saves time, optimize business performance, helps transport companies to respond faster to incidents, make informed decisions, and offer reliable service for passengers.

I created high-fidelity designs in Figma alongside with design system and libraries. I regularly conducted feedback sessions with stakeholders, and iterated designs to ensure alignment with product goals, technical feasibility and project's deadlines. Apart from the Service portal I worked also on other two projects within scope of my work for Scheidt&Bachmann that were designed for other type of users (Institution portal and Passenger portal). Each software has different business objectives and personas/users.

PDI Technologies, My role: UX/UI Designer

Previously I cooperated with company PDI Technologies. My objectives were to create PDI Platform Design system and building of reusable UI elements. I cooperated with PDI team to create interactive components within Adobe XD that reflect the PDI branding. I created visual mockups to demonstrate screen and module layouts using various components.

My main responsibilities were:

• build and publish UI components in Adobe XD
• work with engineering counterparts to provide visual design guidance on implementation
• communicate with UX team and other stakeholders to align on priorities, status, and next steps

During this project I worked in Adobe XD, because the company in that time did not make transition to Figma yet, but I prefer to use Figma software for creating high-fidelity UX/UI solutions.

I would consider myself an independent, creative, analytical, flexible, and ambitious person, motivated by challenges. I possess great organizational skills, and I have experience working remotely and in an office environment. I prefer a dynamic work environment where I can continuously learn new things, and I recognize constructive feedback that supports my development and performance. I would be glad to introduce myself and my abilities further in an interview/meeting.

I studied Multimedia Design and Communication at the Zealand Institute of Business and Technology in Køge, Denmark. During my studies, I worked with international teams, and I independently carried out various tasks within the area of graphic design, web design, website development, content strategy, planning, and project management.
