Ideally, you have proven experience in the Marketing department of a Software development outsourcing company. Experience with marketing SaaS solutions would be highly beneficial, as we have a couple of products in addition to our services.

As a hands-on Marketing Executive, you'll oversee email campaigns and share responsibility for our website, attracting approximately 40K unique visitors globally each month. Supported by our in-house SEO specialist and copywriter, you'll focus on content generation and report to the Head of Sales & Marketing, who will guide your professional development.

Since we're seeking a versatile specialist, we understand you may not be proficient in every aspect of digital marketing. However, you have the potential to build a collaborative team of professionals to execute our marketing and communication strategy effectively.

Full-remote, full-onsite or in a hybrid-regime - as you prefer. We’re remote first company with 2 physical offices, on in Bratislava, Slovakia the other one in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Your responsibilities:

• Execute digital marketing initiatives across various digital channels such as SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing.
• Run email marketing campaigns through tools like Apollo.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage website content, together with our SEO specialist and copywriter.
• Maintaining the company’s website and constantly running tests to optimize conversions.
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
• Coordinating with sales teams to create marketing campaigns to achieve the business goals.

• 2+ years (5+ ideally) – experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English (English is the main communication language in the company), other foreign language advantageous
