Altamira service delivery teams currently span Slovakia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and we have ambitions to expand our footprint to meet the growing demand across Europe and into our primary growth markets in the UK and the US.

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and qualifying prospects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and achieving targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare, Fintech, AI, or low/no code industries is a plus

Requirements

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities for the sales team
  • Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
