Job description

AMPCO METAL is seeking a technically skilled and data-driven HubSpot CRM Specialist with a strong foundation in digital marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our HubSpot CRM system, driving automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making to support revenue growth. This role will focus on optimizing CRM processes, enhancing customer engagement, and providing actionable insights through reporting and revenue attribution. You’ll collaborate closely with our digital marketing specialist to align CRM activities with broader marketing strategies, playing a pivotal role in AMPCO METAL's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot CRM Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of the HubSpot CRM to ensure it aligns with business needs and goals.
  • Automation & Workflow Creation: Design and implement automated workflows within HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing, customer retention, and upselling initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including email marketing, lead nurturing sequences, and drip campaigns.
  • Revenue Attribution: Track and analyze the impact of CRM and digital marketing efforts on revenue. Provide clear insights into attribution, helping the team understand which efforts are driving results.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead conversion, customer engagement, and revenue impact. Present data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and CRM optimizations.
  • Lead Management: Develop processes to manage, segment, and nurture leads within HubSpot, ensuring seamless customer journeys across various touchpoints.
  • Data Hygiene & Quality Control: Ensure data accuracy and reliability within HubSpot through regular audits, data cleaning, and adherence to CRM best practices.
  • System Integration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and consistent reporting.
  • Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Use HubSpot’s tools to create targeted customer segments and personas, enabling more personalized and effective marketing efforts.
  • Training & Best Practices: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot’s features and CRM best practices to promote efficient system usage across the team.
  • Continuous Optimization: Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, trends in CRM best practices, and industry standards to continually enhance our CRM and digital marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist, Administrator Consultant, or similar role, with hands-on expertise in workflow automation, revenue attribution, and CRM optimization.
  • CRM & Automation Expertise: Strong knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM functionalities, including automation, workflow creation, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with key digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, lead generation, customer lifecycle marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis with experience in interpreting data to provide actionable insights for improving CRM and digital marketing performance.
  • Revenue Attribution: Understanding of revenue attribution models and ability to track marketing impact on revenue through HubSpot’s reporting tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data, workflows, and CRM processes.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving tools, and stay current on CRM and digital marketing advancements.
