As our Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for not only building and maintaining partnerships with our esteemed affiliates, but also proactively establishing new connections. In this role, your key tasks will include:

1. Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard reputable sailing schools, charters, boat owners, and content websites to expand our affiliate network.
2. Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with partners, nurturing effective collaboration.
3. Campaign Coordination: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and generate boat bookings through our affiliate partners.
4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze affiliate marketing metrics, providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and revenue generation.
5. Reporting and Documentation: Tracking affiliate partner results, making sure commissions are calculated correctly and payments are processed smoothly. This role also involves keeping organized records and checking invoices for accuracy, ensuring our affiliate program runs effectively.

• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and negotiate with external partners
• Communication in English + secondary language (DE, IT, HU, FR) is a must
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools. (advantage)
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box when developing affiliate strategies.
