We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to Working across our websites bodhi.shop, bodhispa.sk bodhi.cz, bodhi.hu, bodhi.fr, bodhispa.eu, amazon.de/bodhispa, email marketing and CRM technology platforms. This role focuses on the workflow of delivering improvements and completing projects inline with the company digital marketing and brand strategy.

We are looking for a Smart Marketer with a graphic sensibility who is fully proficient in CSS, HTML and ADOBE PHOTOSHOP. He/she enjoys web designing and photographing top notch digital content for the SPA / BEAUTY industries on biggest European markets.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

• Manage and update the digital Multilingual Content ensuring tone of voice, brand manual and style guides are adhered to.
• Support on multilingual content for international digital campaigns and social content as required.
• Work with the GeneralManager to understand the long-term development objectives for the website and support the delivery of these by assisting with the briefing, stakeholder management and testing of projects.
• Optimise ongoing campaigns across both B2B & B2C, Monitor campaign performance and assist in generating reports to analyse effectiveness against KPIs and identify areas of growth
• A/B test creative and report on learnings to wider marketing team
• Execute promotional campaigns during sale periods
• Control and development of the Amazon seller or other marketplace accounts
• Development of new CRM tools, execution of montly email campaigns and management of direct marketing activities including DB management and target segmentation.
• Development and optimization of our international landing pages with help of internal development team.
• Development and implementation of SEO/SEM concepts, implementation of keyword and content strategies.
• Maintain the website's internal benchmarking scores for accessibility, SEO and usability; making any recommended changes and escalating any issues to general manager
