Seven years ago, I worked at a Slovak startup called Exponea (now Bloomreach Engagement). To this day, we still work with that technology.

I absolutely loved my time at Exponea. Even though I was an employee, it made me feel like an entrepreneur. It was a truly magical place—one of those rare companies where people grow at an incredible pace, both personally and professionally. Looking back, I realize how unique that environment really was.

That experience shaped my belief that more places like this should exist.A hub where talented people can:

Job description

Your Role: As an integral member of our client-facing Marketing Operations team, you will be pivotal in:

  • Managing daily operations using top-tier marketing automation tools, including Bloomreach Engagement.
  • Overseeing project management for personalization initiatives, such as the "size preselect" use-case (look for it on our substack)
  • Conducting weekly meetings to present progress updates to clients.
  • Addressing ad-hoc client requests, which may include generating reports and modifying automated email scenarios.

Requirements

  • Written & Spoken English - at least Advanced, ideally Fluent
  • Problem Solving - 50% of what we do is essentially solving problems
  • Good Communication & Project Management Skills - managing a client relationship, managing deadlines, multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn new digital technologies
