Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Take full ownership of our social media channels, including ideation, copywriting, design preparation, posting, and community management. Creativity in creating reels and posts is essential (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Influencer Collaboration: Manage relationships with influencers, including sourcing, selection, price negotiation, communication, briefing, and reviewing their output.
- Campaign Management: Lead the briefing process, adapt campaigns across various media channels, work closely with designers, and manage campaign mechanics, pricing, reporting, and monitoring.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling content in Slovak, aligned with DNA ERA's tone of voice and communication strategy.
- Public Relations: Leverage PR to build brand awareness, manage relationships with media outlets, and work with agencies to amplify our brand's presence.
- Website Management: Ensure brand identity and campaign visuals are aligned on our website, working closely with colleagues responsible for technical setup.
- CRM: Manage email communication through Klaviyo, including both ad-hoc campaigns and automated flows, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
- Creative Briefing & Brand Management: Provide clear creative briefs, guide visual direction, and maintain consistent communication across all channels.
- Partnership Support: Assist the CEO in preparing marketing materials and content for B2B partnerships.
- Preferred: Media Planning: Understand ATL and BTL channels, create integrated media plans, collaborate with media agencies, and provide feedback and recommendations.
- Budget Management: Propose and manage marketing budgets, including cost reporting and ensuring high ROI and budget efficiency.
Optional: Performance Marketing: Set up and monitor campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads, adjusting budgets and optimizing performance.
