Job description

As our Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving brand growth, and generating demand for our sustainable building solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a small but dynamic marketing team, working closely with our sales to strengthen EcoCocon’s position as an industry leader.

You’ll have the opportunity to build something truly meaningful—not just a brand, but a movement for bio-based construction. We’re looking for a strategic thinker, a brand builder, and a hands-on team leader who will take our marketing team to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute EcoCocon’s marketing strategy to position it as a leader in sustainable construction.
  • Shape and evolve EcoCocon’s brand identity, drive storytelling to highlight the company’s mission, values, and unique offerings.
  • Lead the marketing team, drive goal-setting, and manage performance.
  • Oversee quarterly planning, budget allocation, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Be accountable for maintaining high quality standards for all marketing outputs.
  1. Digital Marketing
  • Co-create and oversee data-driven digital campaigns to grow brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  1. Support and Partnerships
  • Coordinate marketing support for our international sales team.
  • Be the first point of contact for new partnerships, PR and collab requests.
  • Build strategic partnerships to strengthen EcoCocon’s brand presence.

Requirements

  • Fluent English: C1 level or higher — this is non-negotiable.
  • Proven Experience: 7+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to see the big picture while driving day-to-day execution.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled at using analytics and performance data to shape strategy.
  • Effective Communicator: Clear, empathetic, and culturally aware.
  • Design Sensibility: Appreciation for clean, minimalist design and brand aesthetics.
  • Passion for Sustainability: 🌱❤️‍🔥 A genuine passion for sustainability is essential for this role.
