Role Overview:

As the Senior Marketing Campaigns & CRM Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategies, leading the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns. You’ll play a crucial role in optimizing our CRM systems to build and nurture relationships that drive loyalty and growth. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. (Email and onsite campaigns)
• Optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized communication mainly revolving around our Email channel.
• Lead the design and implementation of customer journeys across email, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance data and customer insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance, content, and creative to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Manage and build a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve your department goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our marketing and CRM strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management and CRM, with a proven track record of success in senior roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for crafting compelling customer experiences.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
