You will be responsible for marketing activities of our events:

• campaign management for a particular event
• copywriting for e-mail and social media campaigns
• communication with different stakeholders (e.g. speakers, delegates, sponsors and media partners)
• social media activities (mostly LinkedIn),
• database management, working with internal & external CRM systems,
• active participation at conferences, photographing key moments and recording video interviews with prominent speakers and attendees,
• editing recorded video interviews to create professional content for marketing and promotional purposes,​
• coordination with other company departments

Candidates with education suit the position

• University degree ( Master's or Bachelor's degree)

Specialization:

• Marketing, management, business administration or relevant discipline
• English - Full professional working proficiency (C1/C2)
• Knowledge of marketing best practices
• Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics
• Proficiency in video editing software(s)​
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Willingness to learn new things
• A team player
• An “I do care” attitude and pro-activeness
• A good level of written and spoken English is a must
