We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable, and ready to dive into a dynamic role - a mix of hands-on marketing and account management.

You’ll help drive the communication of our international and national research projects, and you’ll work in a space where marketing fuses with science, and where it’s more about meaning than selling.

We’re a team of curious, like-minded people who care about what we do and how we show up. You’ll be part of that by bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping us tell our story in a way that feels real and engaging.

Job description

What you’ll do

  • Project communication - You’ll connect science and marketing by shaping and delivering communication across KInIT’s wide mix of research projects
  • Content creation and management - You’ll create content strategies that actually engage - for social media, website, newsletters, and more
  • Cross-team communication - You’ll work hand in hand with researchers and the marketing team to spot strong topics and valuable insights, and turn them into meaningful communication.
  • Coordination of visuals - You;ll prepare briefs for our graphic designer and make sure the final visuals feel right and look great
  • Copywriting - You’ll write copy for social media and newsletters that is clear, engaging, and easy to get
  • Data and statistics - You’ll be keeping an eye on the numbers - collecting and reporting analytics to see what’s working and where we can do better across our research projects
  • Creative input - You’ll be part of brainstorming sessions to help shape how we talk about KInIT, from research and content, to campaigns, and everything in between

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communication, and account management (mid level is great)
  • You know how to brief a graphic designer and give a thoughtful feedback on visuals with great attention to detail
  • You have a feel for writing copy that’s engaging, clear, and easy to follow
  • You understand the basics of digital marketing analytics and how to read the numbers
  • You respect deadlines but don’t cut corners
  • You’re able to stay organized and manage multiple projects without losing your head or calendar
  • You’re collaborative, but confident working independently
  • You communicate well in both Slovak and English
