• Come up with and run social media strategies that match our goals and what’s happening on the market.
• Build and engage our community: start conversations, reply to questions, and keep fans excited about Kickresume.
• Put together content plans that make our brand stand out.
• Keep an eye on performance to see what’s working and suggest improvements.
• Plan posting schedules for Content Creators and the Video Production team.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends so Kickresume always feels fresh and relevant.

• 4+ years of experience running social media for brands
• Great English grammar and writing skills
• Up to date with the latest social media trends
• Comfortable making quick content in CapCut or other tools (photos, short videos)
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Always curious, ready to learn, and grow
