What You’ll Work On

• Redesign key workflows (like creating a post, collaboration workflows...) to make them frictionless, fast, and enjoyable.
• Collaborate directly with product and engineering to shape features end-to-end—from idea to shipped design.
• Bring clarity to complexity: our users juggle multiple brands, clients, and approvals. Your job is to make that feel simple.
• AI features: help us integrate AI into the workflow in ways that actually make sense for users.
• Design system ownership: keep our design consistent, scalable, and fresh.
• User validation: run quick tests, gather feedback, and iterate.

What We Expect From You

• Strong experience in UX and UI for SaaS products (3+ years preferred).
• A portfolio with actual product work is not a must, but very welcomed.
• Proficiency in Figma (we live there).
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with AI-driven features or have experience with analytics tools
• A mindset of problem-solving over pixel-pushing: you design with a clear understanding of user and business needs.
• Most importantly: you’ll make Kontentino look and feel like 2050, not the 2000s.
