What will your job be?

• Writing and designing content for digital products, SaaS products, and internal tools
• Collaborating with UX designers, developers, researchers, translators and product teams
• Working with content strategy, voice and tone and UX writing within complex systems
• Ensuring qualitative oversight of content in designs (consistency, clarity, scalability)
• Drafting and reviewing information architecture, naming and navigation structures across products
• Taking part in product and user research and translating insights into content

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience with UX writing and microcopy in complex interfaces
• can understand a brand and consistently apply it across different products
• uses their excellent English to independently design and review content
• can work independently in Figma
• thinks about content systemically and understands its role in a digital product
• understands the principles of design thinking, UX principles and product development
• can work with feedback from multiple parties and understands stakeholder management
• follows developments in the field of content design / UX writing
• knowledge of SEO is an advantage, not a requirement
