Job description

🧑‍💻 About the role

As an Integrations Operations Specialist, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Integrations team by improving processes, maintaining operational tools, and helping teams stay aligned on delivery performance.

You’ll work closely with project managers, integrators, and leadership to ensure our workflows are structured, data is accurate, and reporting provides clear visibility into how integrations are performing.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with systems, processes, and data — and wants to grow into operations, delivery, or process management.

  • Process & Operational Improvement
    Support and continuously improve integration workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical fixes. Work closely with Integrations and Support on shared projects and handovers.
  • Jira & Systems Management
    Maintain Jira structure, workflows, fields, and data hygiene. Ensure consistent usage across teams.
  • Automations & Tooling
    Set up and maintain automations (ticket templates, reminders, triggers, reporting workflows) to reduce manual work.
  • Reporting & KPI Tracking
    Prepare dashboards and recurring reports tracking time-to-launch, backlog, throughput, and delivery health. Flag risks and inconsistencies early.
  • Data Quality Ownership
    Ensure accurate, up-to-date data across Jira and connected systems to support reliable reporting and decision-making.
  • Cross-Team Coordination
    Align Integrations, Support, Sales, and CSM through consistent workflows and visibility. Collaborate closely on Integration Support projects.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base
    Maintain process documentation, templates, and operational guidelines.
  • AI in Operations
    Leverage AI tools to support reporting, documentation, data analysis, and repetitive operational tasks.

💻 Tech you’ll work with

  • Jira – workflow management, ticket lifecycle tracking, reporting, and automation
  • Confluence – process documentation, playbooks, and knowledge base maintenance
  • HubSpot – deal data, contract information, and integration lifecycle visibility
  • Google Workspace – Sheets, Docs, and Slides for reporting, dashboards, and operational analysis
  • Automation tools such as Zapier – workflow automations, templates, and operational triggers across systems
  • Reporting & dashboards – tools used to monitor delivery performance, backlog, and KPIs
  • AI tools & agents – supporting documentation, reporting, data analysis, and repetitive operational tasks within integration workflows

🤝 Meet your team

  • You’ll join our Integrations team, led by Katarína, Head of Integrations. The team is made up of 4 Project management teams, the Solutioning team, and the Technical implementation team. Each team includes a number of technical experts.

Requirements

💫 What makes you a great fit

Must haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, delivery support, systems administration, or similar.
  • Experience working with Jira (project workflows, fields, boards, reporting, or basic configuration).
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Jira automations) and interest in reducing manual work.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; structured approach to data and processes.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements.
  • Clear communicator able to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to work in a fast-growing tech environment.
  • Desire to grow, learn new tools, and develop within operations, integrations, and process improvement.
  • English – C1-C2

Nice to haves

  • Jira administration experience
  • Understanding of SaaS, integrations, or e-commerce
  • Experience with operational reporting
  • Interest in AI & automation
  • Experience collaborating with Support teams
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk
