The role
We are looking for an experienced and independent leader whose primary responsibility will be marketing and pipeline generation, with brand/PR as a secondary focus. Working closely with the CEO and the business team, your mission will be to build a predictable pipeline of qualified B2B leads and turn them into pilot projects, long-term clients, and partners.
Your responsibilities
- Build and optimize the lead funnel: awareness → demo → pilot → customer. Measure and improve CPL, MQL→SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Actively acquire and manage B2B leads: online campaigns, events, webinars, partnerships, and follow-up campaigns (emails, demo invitations, LinkedIn outreach).
- Create and publish case studies, marketing materials (B2B decks, one-pagers), and content for media, investors, and partners.
- Develop thought-leadership content (blogs, whitepapers, videos) to generate inbound leads. Produce engaging demos and customer stories to build trust.
- Plan and execute PR activities, including preparing keynotes and ensuring media coverage at major events such as MWC (Mobile World Congress), NVIDIA’s GTC, etc. Lead event marketing: preparation, partner coordination, moderation, and post-event evaluation. Support customer events and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Drive storytelling and oversee digital channels, particularly LinkedIn and other social media – focusing on audience growth and engagement. Coordinate website and digital channel optimization with an emphasis on measurable lead generation.
Who you are – Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and demand generation, ideally in technology, startup, or deep-tech environments (XR/AI/telecom experience is a strong plus).
- Hands-on experience creating and managing lead generation campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn, ABM, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads that convert into customers within long, complex sales cycles.
- Skilled in organizing and hosting events/webinars and working with partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for clients, partners, and media relationships.
- Independent, results-driven mindset with ability to deliver against KPIs (leads, partnerships, deals).
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Work conditions:
- Full-time
- On-Site Košice (Monday-Thursday in the office, Friday home office)
- Employment contract (freelance contract not possible)
- Start date upon agreement
- Salary (gross) starting from 2500 eur/month. The final salary depends on the candidate's experience.
