----About the role ----

You are in charge of executing a wide range of Mindworx marketing activities, including:

  • STRATEGIC MARKETING PLANNING
    Plan and execute a strategic marketing plan based on our business goals for 2025.
  • CONTENT MANAGEMENT
    Develop a content plan for LinkedIn, posting on the company profile 3x a week (copy & visuals).
    Create content for newsletters and other email campaigns for our community (3,000+).
  • EVENT MANAGEMENT
    Plan and organize online & offline events to nurture the existing community and provide upsell opportunities.
    Plan and organize online & offline events to generate new leads, promote our expertise, and strengthen brand recognition.
  • COLD OUTREACH
    Generate demand through LinkedIn and email campaigns for consulting services and training programs.
    Manage a cold calling agency to generate leads.
    Manage a PPC agency to generate leads.
  • WEBSITE MANAGEMENT (WORDPRESS & SQUARESPACE)
    Manage, update, and create new content on mindworx.net and other Mindworx projects.
    Build campaign landing pages to support ongoing marketing activities.

🍀 We communicate primarily in English, sometimes in Slovak and/or Czech.

----Who are we looking for----

📌 At least. 4 years of experience in B2B Marketing (part-time experience counts)

📌 Speaker of:

business English written & spoken (C1/C2)

native-like Slovak or Czech - written & spoken

📌 Event management - who has organised online and offline events from concept to delivery.

📌 Confident user of our tech stack:
Figma, Wordpress, Mailchimp or MailerLite, Google Docs & Sheets, Google Analytics and other Google tools, basic video editing tools, and Linkedin (incl. ads). Other social media is a plus.
