----About the role ----
You are in charge of executing a wide range of Mindworx marketing activities, including:
🍀 We communicate primarily in English, sometimes in Slovak and/or Czech.
----Who are we looking for----
📌 At least. 4 years of experience in B2B Marketing (part-time experience counts)
📌 Speaker of:
business English written & spoken (C1/C2)
native-like Slovak or Czech - written & spoken
📌 Event management - who has organised online and offline events from concept to delivery.
📌 Confident user of our tech stack:
Figma, Wordpress, Mailchimp or MailerLite, Google Docs & Sheets, Google Analytics and other Google tools, basic video editing tools, and Linkedin (incl. ads). Other social media is a plus.

----About Mindworx----
We are 5, (mostly) 30-something, (mostly) psychologists who help banks and insurance companies across Europe to figure out what to say and how to say it so that it works for sales, retention and even improving CX.
Because expertise requires two things. Focus and time, in almost 10 years, our scope has narrowed to 3 key industries TELCO, insurance, and banking and 3 core assignments:

📌 Crafting up persuasive communication and making sales more efficient
📌 Redesigning products and services or/and creating them from scratch

Your closest colleague will be Jana, our Head of Marketing. She works on developing new projects with Matej, our CEO. Besides Jana, you'll work closely with Michal, Head of Consulting. Our consultants working on projects for clients across Europe are Kris, Niky, and Roman.
