• Providing technical support during product/service sales process by:
• Answering product usage and configuration queries,
• Supporting customers during system evaluation process,
• Conducting trainings and presentations,
• Analysing business and technical requirements to achieve key solutions for customer needs,
• Preparing solution documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals,
• Creating materials for publishing articles,
• Preparing and configuring the demo environment for presentations (including determining possible scenarios),
• Co-organizing and conducting webinars, presentations, conferences,
• Preparing scope of the projects and their quotations,
• Preparing and conducting product technical trainings,
• Implementing software products and related services,
• Run product consultations with internal team and customers.

• Min 1-2 years of experience on similar position,
• Scripting skills. PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, Deluge, or similar,
• DB querying skills with SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL),
• Independence and commitment,
• Basic project management skills,
• Understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into specific implementation solutions, business knowledge,
• Native Czech or Slovak speaker and fluent English communication skills,
• Cat. B driving license.
