• Customer support, providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure effective communication and address their needs.
• Collaborating with software vendor to address product-related issues and gather necessary information for troubleshooting.
• Creating SQL reports to generate relevant data and insights.
• Assisting in the preparation of documentation and solutions for customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles to enhance customer self-service capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Proficient in issue analysis to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Czech or Slovak – native speaker, Business English, Polish is an advantage.
