• Drive and support digital campaigns activation across SK digital platforms (websites, apps, etc.)
• Run website personalization campaigns from start to finish — on time, high‑quality, and with a strong focus on customer impact.
• Make sure our digital platforms operate reliably and securely, always keeping user experience, legal, and security standards in mind.
• Monitor campaign performance together with our BI team and continuously look for ways to improve results.
• Lead the execution of SFP campaigns, product launches, and program rollouts in the digital space.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance the consumer experience and support core business goals.
• Act as a digital SME and propose effective and engaging activations of various campaigns in digital environment
• Use tools like JIRA, Workfront, Qbranch, and Confluence to manage requests, track progress, and plan updates for our websites.
