Job description

Quest is an award-winning IT management software provider offering a broad selection of solutions that solve some of the most common and most challenging IT problems. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be located in Slovakia

The Talent Acquisition organization engages strategies to ensure we are attracting, engaging, identifying, and cultivating relationships with key talent. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Sourcer you will be a key member of the recruiting team by aiding the recruitment team through administration and stakeholder support as well as identifying key talent through sourcing.

  • Focuses primarily on coordination of talent acquisition coordination and employment contract management
  • Coordinate all formalities related to candidate interviews, ensure necessary resources for the interview are booked, such as meeting rooms with the appropriate facilities for Video interviews.
  • Respond to changes in schedules and communicate these to the candidates and/or interviewers
  • Perform various administrative tasks that support the recruitment function including maintaining interview data
  • Create and extend the Offer and Employment contracts
  • Initiate background checks for the candidates once they has signed the offer.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Additional Support to the talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing
  • Searching across multiple regions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Engage and screen suitable applicants where required

Requirements

  • Experience with calendaring systems, MS Outlook is preferred
  • Customer service focus, including commitment to producing quality results
  • Organization skills, ensuring interviews are correctly scheduled, confirmed and tracked
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver who will fully execute all tasks
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage workload efficiently and autonomously
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
  • Experience in a corporate/ international organization desirable
  • Undergraduate degree and 1+ years of relevant experience
