We’re looking for a specialist responsible for shaping a brand's online presence by developing and executing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement on digital platforms, with the main aim to generate B2B leads and sales. With a mix of creativity and analytical skills, you will play a crucial role in connecting Resco products with online audiences and measuring success through data-driven insights. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing efforts, maximize marketing ROI ensuring that content and campaigns resonates with the target audience and drives traffic and conversions.
Job responsibilities:
• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, SEM, and display advertising
• Setting up and optimizing campaigns or other pay-per-click (PPC) advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, …)
• Creating engaging and relevant content tailored to different platforms and audiences
• Utilizing analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make informed marketing decisions (Google Analytics, GTM, GSC)
• Conducting keyword research to increase traffic to the company website (Google Ads, Semrush)
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency
• Managing the company's social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
• Cooperate on digital campaigns using marketing automation tools (Hubspot)
• Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
• Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels or strategies to keep ahead of the competition
• Coordinating with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
• 3+ years of proven social media management/specialist experience
• PPC and online performance campaign experience
• Solid understanding of SEO concepts and experience in working with Google and related tools
• Understanding of marketing automation
• Strategic and analytic thinking
• Basic writing, editing, proofreading and research skills
• BSc/BA, MA or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
• Fluency in English language (C1, as all content and posts are produced in English)
• Creative and imaginative
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Affinity for IT and interest in new social media marketing trends and techniques
• Knowledge of online content strategy
• Outstanding communication skills and multitasking ability
• Enthusiastic, patient, self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
