Staffino is looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to take ownership of client implementations of our SaaS product – from initial handover to a successful go-live, including overseeing and participating in testing.
This is a client-facing and technically oriented project management role for someone who is comfortable working directly with clients, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and keeping several complex implementations at different stages moving forward. You don’t need to be a developer, but you must be confident leading technical discussions and navigating integrations, data flows, and technical requirements with both clients and engineering teams.
Job description
- Own SaaS implementation projects end-to-end, from kick-off to go-live
- Understand client requirements and translate them into a clear implementation plan, scope and actionable tasks
- Lead both business and technical discussions with clients
- Coordinate clients, developers, Product and other internal stakeholders
- Manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks and project communication
- Coordinate solution configuration, data imports, integrations, testing and UAT
- Discuss and coordinate technical topics such as REST APIs, authentication, SSO, SFTP/FTP, data formats, mappings and automated data transfers
- Understand integration requirements and data flows well enough to identify gaps, ask the right technical questions and challenge unclear requirements
- Translate between client/business language and technical language
- Identify blockers early and actively drive them towards resolution
- Manage multiple implementations and priorities simultaneously
- Ensure a smooth handover after implementation and maintain clear project documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience managing SaaS, software or IT implementation projects
- Strong technical understanding and confidence in technical discussions – this is a must.
- You have a solid technical background and understand the basics of integrations, APIs, data flows and authentication. You’re comfortable discussing technical topics with a client’s IT team.
- You don’t need to write code, but you should understand how systems communicate and how integrations work.
- Ability to independently lead projects, make decisions and take ownership
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to turn complex or unclear requirements into structured next steps
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several parallel projects or workstreams
- Ability to recognise risks, dependencies and missing information before they become project problems
- Confident English for daily communication with international clients and colleagues
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Grafana, Postman or comparable tools
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Postman, JSON/CSV, SSO or automated data transfers is a strong advantage.
