We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Designer to be responsible for developing modern Customer Experience platform and focus on the core of our user experience and product delivery. To ensure success as a Senior Product Designer, you should have experience working with Sketch/Figma and with SaaS Product development lifecycle.

Product designer (UX/UI) Responsibilities

• Optimize our CX platform to create better user experience.
• Participate in building and maintaining a solid design system.
• Be part of the conception process and support the further development of our products.
• Support the creation of new features from the ideation stage through conducting user research to define the user problem, visualizing the concept via user journeys, wireframes and prototypes, all the way to the final implementation.
• Verify the outcomes via analytics and usability tests, and apply the learnings in new iterations.
• Strong cooperation with Product owner and CTO to manage roadmap, backlog prioritization, long term planning.
• Support our development team with regard to UX design and usability, and continuously discuss technical implementation feasibility, and limitations.

Product designer (UX/UI) Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with UX/design-related work
• Experience working on complex digital products and large scale Design Systems
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to details
• A proactive attitude and problem solving skills
• Affinity for multitasking with precision.
• Passionate approach to keeping up with trends in technology, mobile platforms, and design fields.
• Great communication, cooperation, and presentation skills
• English language on perfect level (fluent)
• Ability to understand technical topics
