About the Role

We are looking for a Medior Technical Support Specialist / Junior Project Coordinator to play a key role across our support organization. The main part of your responsibility will be owning support operations for a top-tier (VIP) SaaS client, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring high-quality service and communication. This is a hybrid role that goes beyond traditional support - combining advanced customer support, stakeholder communication, and project coordination.

Alongside this, you will support additional clients and actively help the wider support team, contributing to day-to-day operations, knowledge sharing, and workload balancing.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on support, cross-team coordination, and growing responsibility, with an opportunity to develop toward project-focused or client-facing roles.

Job description

  • Own all support activities for a strategic, top-tier SaaS client and general support activities for additional clients
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the client and internal teams (Engineering, Product, QA)
  • Manage, prioritize, and track support tickets and incidents in line with SLAs
  • Coordinate simpler project management tasks such as task tracking, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Support feature rollouts, client-specific requests, and operational improvements
  • Prepare and communicate clear status updates to both internal stakeholders and the client
  • Ensure high service quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT / SaaS support, technical customer support, or similar roles
  • Experience working with ticketing or task-tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Asana)
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to Have

  • Basic project management experience (Agile / Scrum fundamentals, coordination roles)
  • Experience working closely with developers or product teams
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments, integrations, APIs, or cloud platforms
  • Interest in growing toward Project Management, Technical Account Management, or Service Delivery
