We are seeking a passionate Sales & Account Executive to drive new business acquisitions and nurture existing client relationships, directly contributing to our growth and our clients' success. This role primarily focuses on managing inbound leads generated through collaboration with marketing & our SDR.

Job description

‎ ‎ New Business Development:

  • Prospect & Qualify: Identify & engage with potential clients who have expressed interest through our inbound channels, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate & Close: Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close new business deals.
  • Enterprise Sales Focus: Identify and pursue opportunities with large organizations, managing complex sales cycles that involve multiple decision-makers.

    Account Management:
  • Client Relationship Building: Serve as the business contact for assigned clients, ensuring their growth in collaboration with Customer Success Manager.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that meet client needs.
  • Renewals & Retention: Manage contract renewals and address any issues to maintain long-term partnerships.

    Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive client engagement and feedback integration.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights on market trends and client needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

    Operational Excellence:
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure precise reporting and forecasting.
  • Initiative & Growth: Demonstrate initiative to identify opportunities for business growth and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to address client challenges effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-Centric: Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Education (preferred): Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Insight (preferred): Experience in roles such as UX Designer, Product Manager, User Researcher, or similar positions that benefit from UXtweak's platform is a plus.

    Salary: Base: 2000-3000 EUR (Based on seniority) + Sales Comissions
